What are the core motivations and attitudes you need to know to keep your audience involved in your presentation?

Have you figured out how to keep your audience from falling asleep during your presentation? I'm ready to expose one of my tips on how to produce a 60-80% conversion rate into my busines by studing my audience.

Understanding how you audience's CORE ATTITUDE and CORE MOTIVATION will help you "WOW" your audience. Let me first explain CORE ATTITUDE. In every audience you present there are four types of attitudes:

· THE NEGATIVE (27%) - This group wll not be moved no matter what you say or do. Do not waste your time trying to convert this group.

· Motivatable (60%) - These are the people who are excited one day, and ready to quit the next. They can be easily influenced or motivated by the slighted suggestion or comment. Unfortunately this is the majority of people out there, but you must be aware of them and don't take it personally when they quit.

· THE MOTIVATED (10%) - This group will be self-motivated and will stay on the course. They are driven individuals that will build the business after you get them going. People can be self-motivated for many reasons.

· Motivators (3%) - This group will turn your business on fire. This group will be your go-getters, take charge, and build a business with or without your involvement.

Now that you understand the different Attitudes in your audience, you need to learn the four Core Motivations.

MONEY -  Money is a powerful motivator, but money does not motivate everyone. There are a lot of people that make the mistake that everyone joins a network marketing business to make money. Money isn't everything for those who are not motivated by money.

FUN - Just about everyone likes to have fun. there are those who are looking for the the 'Fun Connection" in everything. You will not be able to bring this group in the business it the Fun Connection is not there. You need to show them that they can have fun in the business.

FACTS -  This group would fall under the analytical type. Professionals like Scientists, Doctors, Chemists, Analysts, etc. Provide them enough information so they can make a decision. This group will take some time. They do not make decisons lightly.

CAUSE - This group wants to make a difference in the world. Cause types are motivated by purpose. This group will want to be involved in the business if business has some type of project, humanitarian aid, service, etc.

You need to know and identify the four Core Motivations that are in your audience or on the phone so you can reach everyone's core motivation.  Your communication must hit all 4 Core Motivations to keep everyone engaged. If you do this, you'll pull in more people into your opportunity. Ignore the negative; keep a level head about the motivatables; encourage and work with the motivated; sell out to the motivators. The best presenters know hot to reach each and everyone on their Core Motivation.
